Free Online Mental Health Screening Tests

Take our free online mental health screening tests to assess your emotional well-being and identify potential mental health concerns. These screening tools evaluate common conditions among adolescents and working adults, including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and adult ADHD. Your results are available immediately after completing each assessment.

Please note that these screening results are intended for preliminary assessment only and cannot replace a professional diagnosis or clinical evaluation. If your results suggest a potential mental health concern or your symptoms are affecting your daily life, we recommend scheduling an assessment with a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

Depression & Suicide Risk Screening (2Q, 9Q & 8Q)

This screening tool, developed by Thailand's Department of Mental Health, helps identify symptoms of depression and assess suicide risk. It begins with the 2Q depression screening, followed by the 9Q depression assessment if risk is identified, and concludes with the 8Q suicide risk assessment when appropriate.

Stress Assessment (ST-5)

The ST-5 Stress Test evaluates your stress level over the past 2–4 weeks by assessing common symptoms such as excessive worry, sleep difficulties, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQ)

The Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessment helps you understand your ability to recognize and manage emotions, cope with stress, maintain motivation, and build healthy interpersonal relationships. It is suitable for adolescents and working adults who want to develop greater emotional awareness and resilience.

Anxiety Screening (GAD-7)

The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) is a widely used screening questionnaire for identifying symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder. It measures the severity of anxiety symptoms such as excessive worrying, nervousness, restlessness, and difficulty relaxing.

Burnout Assessment

This assessment screens for burnout related to work or academic life. It evaluates symptoms including emotional exhaustion, lack of motivation, reduced energy, and decreased work or study performance.

Resilience Quotient Assessment (RQ)

The Resilience Quotient (RQ) assessment measures your ability to adapt to stress, overcome challenges, and recover from setbacks. It evaluates psychological resilience and your capacity to cope with life's pressures and changes.

Your Results Are the First Step Toward Better Mental Health

Your screening results provide valuable insight into your mental well-being, but they are not a medical diagnosis. If you have concerns about your results or would like a deeper understanding of your symptoms, our clinical psychologists are here to help.

A consultation can help you interpret your screening results, understand the challenges you're experiencing, and develop practical strategies tailored to your individual needs.

How Are You Feeling Today?

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally drained? If coping on your own is becoming difficult, it may be time to speak with a mental health professional. Early support can make a meaningful difference.
